The Inspiration
I just know this is a painting for an ocean lover, mesmerized by both the sea’s power and tranquility. The closed eyes and calm expression convey an inner stillness, a visual poem of feeling one with the wild ocean. It was one of those paintings, I couldn’t stop painting over and over for some reason, until it felt right.
