Prints

All orders will ship in 5-8 business days. Every order is carefully hand-packed to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Packaging

Canvas prints are shrink-wrapped, cushioned with foam or bubble wrap, and sealed in a corrugated box. Fine art paper prints 9x12 and under ship flat in stay-flat envelopes. Fine art paper prints larger than 9x12 are rolled and shipped in kraft tubes. I recommend allowing them to lay flat before framing.

Shipping

Shipping is free on all domestic orders. Production time is 3 business days. Delivery is 2 to 5 business days after shipping. Prints are produced by my print partner, whose total time from order to arrival is typically 5 to 8 business days.

Returns for Prints

All sales are final. Each piece is custom-printed to order. If your print arrives with external box damage or damage to the print, please take photos and email them to me within 48 hours, and I will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Originals

Providing safe, timely delivery of your new artwork is important to me. Every original painting ships directly from me, carefully packaged and fully insured.

Fine Art Paper Originals

Fine art paper is shipped flat, wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, and sandwiched between double-walled corrugated cardboard. Ships via FedEx or UPS within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Free shipping on all domestic orders up to 30 × 40.

Canvas Originals up to 30x40

Canvases are wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, cushioned with bubble wrap, and packed in a double-walled corrugated box with all space filled so nothing shifts in transit. Ships via FedEx or UPS within 3 to 5 business days of your order.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please provide a street address and a contact phone number at checkout, as FedEx requires this for delivery.

Statement Pieces (works over 30×40)

Large canvases are available for free local pickup or hand-delivery within 30 miles of Long Beach, NY. For long-distance collectors, professional shipping can be arranged at the buyer's expense due to the canvas size. Please message me before purchasing to coordinate details!

Returns for Originals

All sales are final. However, if your order arrives and the outer box appears damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact me within 48 hours. I stand behind every piece I ship and will make it right.
